They are enhancing their visual skills to improve their game and give them a much-desired edge over their competition. Sports Performance training is becoming the new frontier in improving sports performance for athletes.

TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Athletes require elite neuro-visual skills that are more than just seeing 20/20. Top athletes can interpret, process and organize visual information quickly and accurately.
Our Training Programs will help you get there!
55% of athletes are deficient in at least one visual skill
Our Clinical Approach
If you really want to level up your game, invest in a clinic-based training program. This starts with a vision evaluation catered specifically to your sport. This is done by a neuro-optometrist in the clinic, or virtually, to measure all of the visual skills you use while performing in your sport.
We then design a unique vision training program based on the results of your evaluation. These programs are hands-on, one-on-one with a Vision Therapist to address the specific skills you need to be your best in your sport.
Enrol in our self-guided, sports performance enhancement program. Our online, video-based programs are 24 weeks in length and guide you through 20 minutes of daily vision exercises (5 days a week) designed specifically to enhance the visual skills used most in sports. These exercises are best done using your sports equipment and involve whole body movement, which translate into real world game activity. Join elite athletes and conquer your sport through vision training!

What is Sports Vision Performance Training?
Sports Vision Performance Training, is neurovisual training, and is aimed at developing specific visual skills and processing in athletes of all ages. Prescribed activities retrain the brain to effectively interact with the eyes and improve visual function which improves sports performance. This has been referred to as “the new frontier” for performance enhancement with professional athletes. Many pro-players are including Sports Performance Training as part of their regimen to give them a unique and improved edge over the competition.
Training focuses on heightening an athlete’s visual abilities within their sport. Through visual tests, NeuroVision can determine a players level of visual function as it relates to their game. A comprehensive neurovisual training program is then implemented to improve skills such as tracking, near-far focus, peripheral awareness, hand-eye coordination, visual reaction time, as well as balance.
Neurovisual training for sports also has expected benefits such as the potential to improve reading, academics, as well as mental/emotional constructs.
